While thinking of what to write about today, this song popped into my mind:
It's "Goin' Crazy" by Natalie, from her self-titled debut album; the song was a moderate-to-high hit in 2005 but is her most popular song and subsequent singles were far off the same level of success. According to Natalie's Wikipedia article, the sourced information there says that she has retired from singing and has moved on to other projects.
A thought I had while listening to this song is that the time between its release and now (over 11 years) is longer than the time between the release of "Finally" by CeCe Peniston (1991) and when Dad bought a compilation album that contained that particular track (late 2001).
