"#Beautiful" - Mariah Carey featuring Miguel

I don't usually post current singles, but I love the new song from Mariah Carey, "#Beautiful", which features Miguel:


I'm not normally keen on songs where the featured artist makes up close to half or more of the song, but I like Miguel's vocals and Carey herself is wonderful, just as she always is; I'm delighted that the quality of her voice has not degraded. "#Beautiful" is Carey's most successful song since "Obsessed" back in 2009...and I can't believe it was around four years ago that "Obsessed" was popular!

Oh, and I like the use of the hashtag in the song's title; some people thought it was tacky but I'm happy with it.

    I'll have to take a listen tomorrow, although I'm not a big Mariah fan. She was on Good Morning America a month ago. I'll have to see if I can find the performance and send it to you. :)
