It's summer, so you'd think, "The days of sunshine and longer daylight hours - plenty of time to be outside!". I would happy to be out walking but, unfortunately, for most of the current time I've been back in Northamptonshire the weather has been near-constant rain. I managed to walk yesterday when there was a gap but it rained again after I'd been out for a few minutes. Lucky I brought my umbrella!
There are a few weeks left of summer before the next academic year begins, so I'm sure I'll have several chances to go out on walks again. Okay, complaining over!
Rain walks are the best! It's been really hot here and I haven't been able to walk. :(
